Mummy Bear’s Shout Out 9

on June 1, 2014

mummy bears shout blog 4 3

Welcome to Mummy Bear’s Shout Out 9.  Here I will share my favourite parenting blog posts of the last week or so in the form of links to the relevant blogs.  Feel free to comment, perhaps with a link to your favourite blog post of the week too!

This first post from Kiran at Mummy Says captures the simplicity yet complexity of our little ones exploring every day objects!  The hours of fun they can have…

A new lease on life is where Kerry and her family are forced to say an abrupt goodbye to personal possessions.  In the ‘calm’ after the storm, she tells why she’s not resentful of the flood waters.  You can read her original post on the flood here.

And finally, The Beesley Buzz are following a stress-less challenge, which makes for interesting reading.

There  you have it then – I hope you enjoy these posts as much as I did 🙂

What was your favourite post this week?

  1. You are right, Kiran’s children exploring on the kitchen floor is one of the loveliest and most re-assuring pictures I’ve seen all week.
Keep it simple – children need time and thought, not expensive toys or machines.
As for my favourite posts of the week, I love seeing the range of gardens and plants over at Annie’s How Does Your Garden Grow –
Again, the focus is on what’s real, natural – and simply, beautiful.
    Emma 🙂

    • Thanks Emma. I totally agree with your thoughts on the picture I shared via Kiran. And I will pop along to Annie’s blog at some point to revel in the beauty of nature 🙂

  2. thanks so much for the mention. I’ve popped over to the other blogs to have a read too. xxx

  3. Winding road says:
