Mummy Bear’s Shout Out 5

on May 3, 2014

mummy bears shout blog 4 3

Welcome to Mummy Bear’s Shout Out 5.  Here I will share my favourite parenting blog posts of the last week or so in the form of links to the relevant blogs.  Feel free to comment, perhaps with a link to your favourite blog post of the week too!  Because this is number 5, I thought it fitting to choose 5 blogs instead of 3 this week (I’m also having an indecisive week!)

I love this run-down of what The Freelance Mummy learnt during her maternity leave.

And this ‘Blogging, a full time job?’ from YouBabyMeMummy is why us bloggers don’t have a clue what’s on TV!

Kiran at Mummy Says is helping to raise awareness of pre-eclampsia in her blog on her role with mama academy.  I loved it so much that I re-blogged this one.  You can never have too much awareness.

Karen at twin life online asks whether twins should stay together at school or be split?  An interesting discussion…

And finally another great blog that’s raising awareness of pre-eclampsia.  Take a look at Mama Writes a Blog.

There you have it then – I hope you enjoy these posts as much as I did 🙂

What was your favourite post this week?

Comment or tweet me or both!

  1. I’m totally with you and ‘YouBabyMeMummy’ about not having a clue about what’s on TV – but I don’t think it’s just blogging that’s responsible for that!!
    Emma 🙂

  2. Wow I am thrilled to be on your list for a second week! Thank you x

    • You’re very welcome. I do read a variety of blogs from a spectrum of topics and I note the ones that I particularly enjoy. You must have the ‘nack’ and write interesting posts. Simple really!

  3. Thank you Mummy Bear. You’re the queen of blogging about all things HELLP/Pre-e so I take this as an incredible compliment 🙂

My favourite blog post this week is one that I re-blogged – http://mamawritesablog.com/2014/05/01/an-insistent-optimism-dealing-with-depression-and-anxiety-in-springtime/

Of course, this post is my new favourite Mummy Bear 😉

    • Oh my goodness, what a compliment. One that I don’t feel is deserved. So long as we’re all raising that much-needed awareness, we’re all queen bees as far as I’m concerned…

Thanks for sharing your favourite post 🙂
