Out of the mouths of Little Bears!

The theme game funny

At times like this (writing a blog post for The Theme Game of ‘funny’) you really wish you had the chance to make a note of everything funny your little one says… because there are lots of them!

One is particularly memorable though:

“Mummy, when I’m 5 will I still have hands?” asked very earnestly and seriously with real concern.

Not such an obvious question to an at-the-time-4-year-old.  So a simple, “yes, you will”, was the truthful answer she was searching for…

What funny question or saying has your little one come out with lately?

I’m linking up with #TheThemeGame of ‘funny’ at The Reading Residence and Redpeffer with this post.

  1. Oh, to be in their minds! I wonder what on earth prompted that pondering? Love it 🙂 Thanks for sharing with #TheThemeGame x

    • I’ve absolutely no clue but she was very serious about it. Randomly, this was at bathtime, which incidentally is when quite a few ‘little gems’ like this come out in the open…

  2. Mummy Says says:

I love the way they ask their questions so seriously. so so cute. Milin said the other day “mummy I’m so frustrated.” It’s not funny, I know, but I couldn’t help smile at how seriously he said it. x

  3. You’re right, there are so many things that make you laugh but get forgotten unless you write them down. Such a sweet question to ask 🙂 Thanks for sharing with #TheThemeGame
